Rae's Jewelry is a Family Owned and Operated Jewelry Store since 1974. George Hayes III graduated from the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica, California in 1979 with his Graduate Gemologist in Residence Diploma. He continued his studies with the British Gemological Association where he obtained his Fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Britain Diploma. He went on to take numerous continuing education classes on topics such as wax carving, appraisal theory, and custom CAD design.
